Receta de Paella
La Paella de Marisco
1 docena de mejillones
1 kg de pescado de roca (para caldo)
400 gramos de arroz tipo bomba
8 cigalas peladas
8 gambas peladas
2 calamares a rodajas
1 Tomate, Perejil, Ajos, Azafrán
Sal y Aceite de oliva
